Meghan Green

Meghan Green, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Employee Experience at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since August 2018, following a progression of roles in human resources. Prior to this, Meghan held the position of Senior HR Partner - Generalist at the same organization. Experience includes roles as Human Resources Specialist with Orleans Parish School Board, Human Resources Manager at both Ogilvy Public Relations and George Washington University, and temporary Human Resources Task Force at The Westin Arlington Gateway. Meghan's background also features a Complex Human Resources Manager role for two hotels at aloft & Element Lexington, and Human Resources Manager at Sheraton Boston Hotel. Early experience includes serving as a Senior Event Manager at Hilton Boston Back Bay. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire.
