Scott McCue

Scott McCue is an experienced data manager and instructor with a strong background in engineering, computer science, and oceanography. At Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Scott serves as the National Deep Submergence Facility Data Manager, overseeing data collection and delivery for deep submersible vehicles and engaging in system-level hardware specification and installation. Previous roles include Information Systems Associate and Unix Consultant, contributing to scientific programming and custom web solutions. Scott also has a history in martial arts as an instructor at Seven Stars Martial Arts and served as head coach and player for the U.S. team in the 8th ITF World Championships. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, along with postgraduate studies in oceanography and computer science at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
