Crystal Garcia has extensive experience in the energy industry, with a focus on procurement, contracts, and supply chain management. Crystal began their career at Horizon Energy and TBA Petroleum as an Operational Analyst, where they were responsible for data preparation and financial reconciliation. Crystal then moved to Reynolds & Reynolds as a Solutions Specialist/Consultant.

In 2010, Crystal joined El Paso E&P Company as a Strategic Sourcing and Category Management specialist, where they led the procurement of drilling rigs, OCTG, and MRO categories. Crystal negotiated contracts and agreements and tracked savings for sourcing events.

Crystal then joined BHP in 2012, starting as a Contracts Specialist/Supply and later becoming a Category Management Specialist.
