Rob Flitton has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Rob started their career as an independent self-employed professional, providing site acquisition, entitlement, and development services for various major clients in west coast markets. Rob then joined Premier Communities as a Senior Vice President, successfully overseeing the acquisition and development of more than 650 land units annually. Following this, they worked as Vice President at Fidelity National Title, where they established and grew a new commercial business unit. Rob later held positions at PulteGroup, Holland Partner Group, The True Life Companies, Richmond American Homes, and NVR, Inc., where they took on roles related to land acquisition, development, and management. Most recently, they were appointed as Vice President at Simple Life, responsible for acquisitions and development, before assuming a similar role at Woodside Homes as Vice President, Land - Acquisitions & Development.
Rob Flitton completed a Bachelor's of Commerce in Marketing at Lansbridge University in 1995. Rob also completed a diploma program in Urban Land Economics at The University of British Columbia from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, they completed diploma program courses in Securities and Finance at the Canadian Securities Institute in 1985. In 1979 to 1980, they were an international exchange student to Perth, Australia through Rotary International.
