Rob Geline

Rob Geline's work experience includes various leadership roles in the construction and home building industry. Rob is currently the Vice President of Operations at Woodside Homes, a role they have held since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the President of AR Homes by American Eagle Builders from September to November 2023. From 2022 to 2023, they were the Vice President of Operations at MDF Development. Before that, they worked at Shea Homes as a Signature CM from 2021 to 2022. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at MCC LLC General Contractor as the VP of Construction, overseeing day-to-day construction activities and managing field and support staff. In 2012, they were the V.P. of Construction and Land Development at Lennar Homes, where they managed land development projects and hiring new associates. In 2011, they briefly served as the General Manager at SEFNCO Communications. From 1998 to 2010, they held the position of VP Construction and Land Development at Quadrant Homes, where they directed land development activities and managed a large budget.

Rob Geline attended the University of Michigan from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
