Lauren Marshall

Lauren Marshall has over 29 years of professional experience in various roles focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and promoting diversity. Since January 2010, Lauren serves as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Woodward Design+Build, where strategic initiatives are implemented to foster an inclusive work environment. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a Document Control Manager at Parson Aviation Louisiana from June 2001 to April 2006, and as a Customer Service Representative at Continental Airlines from May 1994 to September 2001. Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor of General Studies with a concentration in Child and Family Development, obtained from the University of New Orleans between 2002 and 2004, and earlier studies at Dillard University from 1980 to 1984.
