Neon Reghunadhan

Neon Reghunadhan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Neon has held various roles in reputable companies such as Woodward, Inc., GE Healthcare, Schneider Electric, and WABCO.

At Woodward, Inc., Neon served as the Director of Product & Program Management, where they were responsible for leading the Program Management Office and Product Line Management for the Fuel Systems business. Neon managed a team of Product Line Managers, Program Managers, Variable Cost Productivity team, and PLC Process Blackbelts. Neon also drove the Platform Strategy for Future Fuel Systems Products and successfully set up the PMO for the Woodward LOrange business.

Prior to that, at GE Healthcare, Neon worked as a Program Manager for Connectivity, Networks, and VCP. In this role, they led multi-function, multi-technology product development projects for the healthcare domain. Neon also managed the program portfolio for Connectivity and Networks projects, aligning them with the long-term product roadmap of the business.

Before joining GE Healthcare, Neon held multiple positions at Schneider Electric, including Engineering Manager at the Global Technology Center. Neon was part of the senior management leadership team and led a team of technical leaders and functional managers. Neon was responsible for managing the cost center, budget, expenses, team competency, and product roadmap of the Final Distribution Competency Center. Neon also organized and led a global event called FD fest 2010, which showcased workshops, technical papers, and product/project stalls.

During their time at Schneider Electric, Neon also served as a Global Project Manager where they managed global multifunction projects, business cases, resources, risks, budgets, schedules, and worldwide launches. Neon played a crucial role in setting up the Project Management Office at the Global Technology Center in India.

Neon started their career at WABCO, where they worked as a Member of the R&D team.

Overall, Neon Reghunadhan has a strong background in program and product management, with extensive experience in leading teams, driving strategies, managing budgets, and delivering successful projects.

Neon Reghunadhan completed an Executive Management Program in ILPSE from INSEAD in 2013-2014, focusing on General Management, Marketing Management, and Strategy. Prior to that, they obtained a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala in 1994-1998.
