Sebastian Duszyk

Sebastian Duszyk is an experienced engineering manager currently leading multiple engineering groups at Woodward Poland, specializing in product engineering, environmental compliance, and PCB design among other areas. With a background as a team leader and staff PCB design engineer, Sebastian has demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, design standardization, and advanced PCB design using Mentor Graphics Expedition software. Previous experience includes owning MorphiCAD, where custom PCB design services were provided, and working at Hilevel Technology as a PCB designer, where responsibilities encompassed designing multilayer PCBs and client support. Sebastian holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management and an MSc in Automatics and Measurement Systems from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland.
