Christina Theodore

Christina Theodore is a Senior Service Designer with extensive experience in customer experience and service design across various organizations. Christina has held notable positions such as CX and Service Design Lead and Senior Service Designer at Scentre Group, and has contributed as a Strategic Service Designer at ReachOut Australia, alongside roles as User Researcher and Senior CX Researcher in contract positions at the Digital Transformation Agency and Vocalink, a Mastercard company. Christina holds a Master of Business in Marketing Management from the University of Technology Sydney, achieved in 2015, and has completed additional education at Academy Xi in 2016.
