Heather Ross

Heather Ross currently serves as the Head Softball Coach at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since August 2021. Prior to this role, Heather held multiple positions at Lesley University from July 2016 to August 2021, including Assistant Athletic Director, Sports Information Director, Senior Woman Administrator, and Head Softball Coach. From December 2013 to August 2020, Heather was the Director of Softball Operations for Nor'Easters Softball and served as an Assistant Softball Coach at the University of Massachusetts Lowell between September 2013 and July 2017. Additionally, Heather worked as an Assistant Softball Coach at Emmanuel College from August 2011 to May 2013. Educationally, Heather obtained a Master of Arts in Economic and Social Development from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2013, following a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in sociology and writing from the same institution in 2011.
