Sharon Twongyeirwe

Sharon Twongyeirwe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and finance. Their most recent position was as the Head of Human Resources at Word of Life Fellowship in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Project Finance & HR Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières (Switzerland) in 2022, where they supported the setup of project HR and finance processes. Sharon also served as the Manager Finance and HR for an emergency intervention project for Covid 19 management at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in 2022.

Before their roles at MSF, Sharon was the Director HR and Programs at Akola from 2019 to 2020. Sharon also worked at STIR Education as a Consultant, where they focused on developing the organization's culture and people development strategy.

Sharon's previous experience includes positions such as Human Resource Specialist at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) from 2017 to 2019, Ag. General Manager and Group HR Manager at KK Transporters Group of Companies from 2013 to 2016, HR Consultant at UTE - Isolux Ingeniería S.A. e IECSA S.A in 2014, HR Administrator at Handicap International from 2011 to 2013, and HR & Admin Manager at Erimu Company Ltd from 2009 to 2011.

Sharon Twongyeirwe completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Uganda Management Institute in the academic year of 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University. Additionally, they also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
