The Production Team will oversee all aspects of capturing and sharing the essence of the Holy Convocation. This includes managing cameras for high-quality video coverage, ensuring seamless live streaming for virtual attendees, and coordinating with photographers to capture key moments and highlights of the event. The team will also handle social media content creation and updates, providing real-time posts, stories, and visuals to engage a wider audience.

To ensure comprehensive coverage, the team will receive the run of show from the Logistics Director for all services. This will allow them to align their efforts with the event schedule, ensuring that every moment is captured and shared effectively.
