Nyomi Tullock has been working in customer service since 2014. Nyomi began their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Boots UK, followed by a role as a Customer Service Agent at H&M in 2016. In 2017, they became a Change Booking Agent at British Airways, then an Assistant Operations Manager at Student Roost in 2018. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager at Wordnerds.

Nyomi Tullock completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law from Newcastle University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Combined Honours- Psychology and Linguistics from the same university in 2015.
