Ying Cao

Ying Cao has held a variety of roles throughout their career. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of LIYT, a digital executive coaching platform. Ying also became a Co-Founder of Work in Fintech, a Coach's Coach and Coach Trainer for Accomplishment Coaching, and a Chief Member for Chief. Ying was a Board Member for Women in Derivatives (WIND) in 2019, and a Board Member and Investor and Strategic Advisor for Symphony.com and 7 Chord, respectively, in 2020. In addition, they were an Advisory Board Member for Refinitiv in 2020. Ying Cao's career began in 2007 when they were a Strategic Consultant for NERA, a unit of OliverWyman Group. From 2011 to 2020, they held various roles at Barclays Investment Bank, including Digital Strategy Head of Digital Products, Markets Client Strategy, and Agency Derivatives Product Manager.

Ying Cao earned their M.A. in Economics from Yale University and their B.A. in International Economics and Finance from Peking University. Additionally, they hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation and a Series 7 & 63 certification.
