Dr. Asif Sadiq Mbe

Dr. Asif Sadiq MBE serves as the Chief Inclusion Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2021, overseeing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within a major entertainment portfolio. Additionally, Sadiq is a member of the Board of Directors for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds leadership positions as Global Board Director for The WICT Network and Non-Executive Director at Kaplan UK. In 2025, Sadiq will join the Premier League as an Independent Panel Member focused on advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion. Other roles include board member positions at the Emma Bowen Foundation and WORK180, as well as serving as an executive member of World 50, Inc., and keynote speaker for Champions UK plc. Academic credentials include a Doctor's Degree in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from The Open University, a Master's in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism from UCL, and a Bachelor's in Management and Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
