Alexey Nikiforov

Alexey Nikiforov has worked in various talent acquisition and recruitment roles throughout their career. They currently serve as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Workato since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Veeam Software from July 2021 to December 2022. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Alexey worked as a Recruitment Manager at Wrike from February 2021 to July 2021 and as a Recruitment Team Lead from February 2020 to February 2021. They also held the role of Recruitment Team Lead at Grid Dynamics from October 2018 to February 2020. Alexey began their career as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Luxoft from November 2015 to October 2018. They then became a Recruitment Team Lead at Intella Personnel from September 2014 to November 2015, where they were responsible for team management, recruitment process optimization, client communication, and personnel selection for various positions. Earlier in their career, Alexey worked as an Assistant HR Department at Ford Motor Company for a brief period in 2012, a Project Assistant at Kelly Services from August 2011 to November 2011, and a Trainee in the HR Department at British American Tobacco from December 2010 to February 2011.

Alexey Nikiforov attended ITMO University from 2007 to 2013, where they earned an Engineer's degree. Alexey specialized in the field of Optoelectronic devices and systems during their studies.
