Arkadiy Rushkevich

Arkadiy Rushkevich has a strong background in product management, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Arkadiy is currently the Director of Product Management at Workato, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Outreach as the Principal Product Manager from January 2021 to February 2022. At Outreach, they focused on email lifecycle management, established email connection security/privacy vision and strategy, and supported teams working on re-architecture of email/templates services and UI.

Before Outreach, Arkadiy was at Wrike, where they held several positions. From June 2018 to December 2020, they served as the Lead Product Manager, responsible for transforming Wrike for Marketers into a comprehensive solution for marketing and creative teams. Arkadiy also managed the product managers, conducted market and customer research, and planned and executed the roadmap. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager from July 2016 to June 2018, and a Product Manager from September 2015 to July 2016.

Earlier in their career, Arkadiy worked as a Product Manager at Speech Technology Center from March 2014 to September 2015. Arkadiy successfully launched several new products, participated in strategic planning, managed projects, and provided technical expertise. Arkadiy was recognized as one of the company's best employees in 2014.

Before that, they were a Product Manager at Omnicomm from January 2012 to February 2014, and held positions at ГК "СКАУТ" including Product Manager from August 2011 to December 2011, and Senior Technical Support Engineer from September 2010 to December 2011.

Arkadiy Rushkevich completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Plasma physics and controlled thermonuclear fusion from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2001 to 2007. Arkadiy later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2020 to 2022.
