Julie Tripsha Sphr

Julie Tripsha, SPHR, PHR-CA has a strong background in human resources, with over 18 years of experience in various roles. Julie currently serves as the Sr. Director, People at Workato, where they lead a global team of HR Business Partners supporting GTM and G&A functions. Prior to this, Julie worked as the Director of Human Resources at Workato.

Before joining Workato, Julie was a Sr. HR Consultant at Affogato HR Consulting LLC, where they partnered with business leaders of early stage organizations to navigate complex HR issues during periods of rapid growth and change. Julie also worked as a Sr. HR Consultant at Melita Group, advising small to medium sized businesses on a range of HR needs.

Julie's early career includes roles at BigBand Networks and Vernier Networks (aka Autonomic Networks), where they established and managed HR programs during periods of hyper growth and start-up stages. Julie has experience in managing HR activities, establishing HR infrastructures, and navigating through acquisitions and re-organizations.

Julie Tripsha, SPHR, PHR-CA, has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Music from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Julie also holds a Master's degree from UCLA. In addition to their degrees, Julie has obtained multiple certifications in the field of Human Resources. Julie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification in June 2010 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources California Designation (SPHR-CA®) in May 2013 from the same institution.
