Dawn Smedley (She/Her)

Dawn Smedley has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Dawn is currently working at WorkBuzz as the Enterprise Sales Lead and Head of Culture since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Culture and Engagement Consultant at WorkBuzz from August 2019 to February 2021. Dawn also has experience working at O.C. Tanner as an Appreciateologist from April 2013 to July 2019, and at BI WORLDWIDE Europe as a Business Development Manager from May 2011 to April 2013. Additionally, they worked at BI Worldwide Limited as a Senior Design Manager from January 2006 to April 2011, and at The Q Group as an Events Manager from an unspecified start date to 2004.

Dawn Smedley pursued their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1999 at Loughborough University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in European Business with French. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, Dawn attended Greenhead College in Huddersfield, where they completed their A Levels. Dawn'sA Levels focused on German, French, and Business Studies.
