Gary is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at WorkBuzz, where they are responsible for accelerating the company's growth in the UK and internationally. Prior to this, Gary served as the Marketing Director at Red Badger, where they built a new marketing capability to expand the company's reach beyond its existing referral model. Gary also worked as the VP of Demand Generation at SoftServe, where they re-calibrated the global demand function and achieved 194% of the revenue target. Throughout their career, Gary has held various leadership positions in companies such as Tata Communications, Mitel, Trustpilot, and Cisco Systems, where they played a key role in driving marketing strategies, increasing revenue, and building successful teams. Gary also has experience as the Director and Co-Founder of The Rubicon Agency, a strategic B2B marketing agency. Gary's expertise spans a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, and finance.

Gary Gould has a solid educational background. In 1991, they enrolled at Anglia Ruskin University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Administration. Gary successfully completed their studies in 1994.
