Vicky Anderson

Head of Customer Success at WorkCast

Vicky Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vicky started their career in 2003 as an intern in the Health and Safety department at H. Lundbeck A/S, where they gained valuable insights into the role and running of different departments. During their internship, Vicky received the Nuffield Gold Crest Award for their project on pollution and waste reduction in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

In 2007, Vicky joined Gala Coral Group as an Assistant Manager, where they honed their managerial skills. Vicky then transitioned to Virgin Media in 2010, initially as a Sales Executive, and later took on a secondment as an Assistant Manager. In this role, they gained experience in people management, coaching, and performance management.

Vicky joined Unineed in 2014 as a Customer Care Manager, overseeing customer support operations. Vicky then moved to Teleperformance in 2015 and held various positions, including Technical Support Advisor, Team Leader, and Assistant Contact Centre Manager during their secondment.

In 2019, Vicky took on a new challenge as a Councillor at Gateshead Council, contributing to public governance and decision-making. Vicky also joined WorkCast in 2018, starting as an Online Event Coordinator and progressing to the roles of Managed Event Team Leader and Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at WorkCast.

Vicky Anderson attended the University of Glasgow from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree (Bsc hons) in Genetics.
