Ryan W. has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Ryan began their career at Dixons Carphone as a Computer Technician, then moved up to Team Leader and Assistant Manager. In 2021, they joined Regiondo as an Account Executive, and also began working at XINTEC | Risk Management. Simplified as an Account Executive and Lead Generation Executive. In 2022, they moved to WorkCompass as an Account Executive.

Ryan W. attended Mercy Mounthawk Secondary School from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. Ryan then attended Munster Technological University from 2019, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing with Software Development.
