Anne-Sofie Nielsen

Anne-Sofie Nielsen serves as Vice President of Product & Engineering at Workday, where responsibilities include the development of the Workday Peakon Employee Voice SaaS platform. In addition to this role, Anne-Sofie is a Founder in the byFounders Collective, an early-stage venture fund supporting tech founders in the Nordics and Baltics, and holds a board member position at Alexandra Instituttet, overseeing strategic R&D focused on digital innovation and IoT. Previously, Anne-Sofie was Chief Technology Officer at Peakon and Chief Innovation Officer at nemlig.com, with prior experience in product development roles at Kofax and Kapow Software. Anne-Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from DTU and has completed executive education at INSEAD.
