Monica Farrar Miller

Monica Farrar Miller serves as the Director of Design for the Connected Experience Platform and UX Creative Studio at Workday, effectively leading initiatives to enhance visual appeal, information architecture, and personalization across various platforms, including mobile and third-party integrations. With a robust background in UX design and creative direction from previous roles at Amazon and CloudCar™, Monica also brings experience as a visual artist, specializing in mixed media and large-scale installations. Additionally, Monica has served on the board of the California Society of Printmakers and has experience in academia as a graduate teaching assistant at Purdue University. Monica holds an MFA in Studio Art from Purdue University and a BFA in Painting with a minor in printmaking from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
