Shannon Hasty

Shannon Hasty has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, having held various senior roles in prominent organizations. At Workday, Shannon served as Principal Talent Acquisition Partner and progressed through positions as Lead Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from August 2017 to May 2022. Prior to Workday, Shannon was a Senior Technical Recruiting Consultant at IQ Clarity, LLC, and Director of Recruiting at Spotlight Inc. Experience also includes working as a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter at RBA, Inc., and a Senior Development Recruiter at Robert Half Technology. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Metro State College and an Outdoor Leadership Certification in Outdoor Education from Colorado Mountain College.
