Scott Frohn

Scott Frohn is the Senior Psychometrician at Workera. Scott was previously the Director of Psychometrics at PSI Services LLC from July 2017 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were a researcher at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from December 2012 to May 2017, where they were a full-time research assistant in the Early Development and Learning Lab. Their responsibilities included administering cognitive assessments, conducting self-regulation tasks, creating and managing programs to code observational data, developing and managing coding manual and codebook procedures, leading several research projects, and training lab members on data collection, coding, and assessments. Before their work in research, Frohn worked as a Sales Application Administrator at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers from February 2009 to January 2011.

Scott Frohn's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology - Cognition, Learning, and Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
