Kustaa Kivelä

Kustaa Kivelä has worked in the tech industry for over 8 years. In 2012, they started as a Project Manager at Kuntien Tiera Oy, a municipalities’ ICT service center. In 2016, they moved to OpusCapita as an Operations Manager and then in 2017 they became the Head of Sales and Consulting for Intelligent Automation by NORIAN. In 2018, they were a Managing Consultant in the Nordic Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence at Capgemini and currently they are the Co-Founder & CEO of Workfellow, an AI-powered process intelligence software.

Kustaa Kivelä obtained a Bachelor's degree (KTK) in Economics from the University of Tampere 1925-2018 in 2008. Kustaa then pursued a Master's degree (KTM) in Economics from the same university from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they also studied International Business and Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2010, and Mandarin Chinese at Guangzhou University in 2011. Kustaa Kivelä also holds a Chinese Proficiency Test level 3 (HSK/\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c49\u8bed\u6c34\u5e73\u8003\u8bd5) certification from Hanban/Confucius Institute.
