Lari Numminen has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Marketing Trainee role at Ganymede Technologies in 2006. In 2007, they joined Google as a Strategic Account Manager, where they worked in the Nordic online sales teams in a variety of roles, including Account Manager and Account Strategist. Lari then co-founded a digital marketing agency, Timgu, in 2010 and held the role of Co-Founder and Head of Performance Marketing, managing a team of six marketers and specialising in analysis and optimisation of complex paid media campaigns. In 2012, they became a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Consultant, working with DigitasLBI on online marketing campaigns for clients such as Disney, Europcar, Eurostar, and Marriott. Lari then joined Twitter in 2014 as a Marketing Manager and B2B Marketing Manager, developing the first SEO and inbound marketing strategy for business.twitter.com, and launching Twitter Ads self service in Benelux and Nordics. In 2017, they joined Sievo as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing and Communications, aiming to develop one of the best business marketing teams in the world. Finally, they are currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Workfellow, a role they have held since 2022.

Lari Numminen obtained a Master's Degree in International Business from The University of Edinburgh between 2002 and 2006. In 2004 and 2005, they were an exchange student at Emory University - Goizueta Business School, studying Business studies. In November 2017, they obtained the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot Academy.
