William Kranck has over 8 years of professional experience. William began their career in 2013 as an Analyst at Polymetal International plc. In 2015, they joined Salesforce as a Sales Development Representative and later became a Customer Intelligence Analyst, creating value for Business Development and analyzing the market in real time to provide fresh insights for customer value creation. In 2017, Kranck moved to MapAnything, Inc. as an Account Executive. In 2018, they joined Smartly.io as Customers, and in 2022 they became Head of Customers at Workfellow.

William Kranck obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management between 2012 and 2015. During 2014 and 2015, they also studied International Business and Finance as an exchange student at Maastricht University.
