Deval Motka

Deval Motka is a seasoned data leader currently serving as the VP and Chief Data Officer at Genesco since October 2022, where a focus on driving business through data is paramount. In addition, Deval serves as a Board Member for the Workforce Council of Southwest Ohio, working towards employment generation and workforce reentry initiatives. Previous roles include Executive Sponsor for the Multicultural Team Member Resource Network and Vice President of Rocket Data at Rocket Companies, as well as leadership positions at Quicken Loans, The David J. Joseph Company, and Independence Blue Cross. Deval's career spans significant contributions in business intelligence, analytics, and data management across various industries, underpinned by a solid educational foundation including an MBA from the University at Buffalo and executive leadership training from Cornell University.
