Scott Berriman

Scott Berriman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Scott started their career as a Computer Engineer, working as a co-op student before progressing to coordinate the work of the development team. During this time, they created a system for prioritization and metrics to improve the delivery time of applications to customers.

Scott then joined the U.S. Army TACOM LCMC, where they held several roles. As an Engineering Project Lead, they led the development of an enterprise workforce planning system and collaborated with executive-level directors to establish business practices. Scott also served as a liaison between the engineering development teams and customer groups, facilitating productivity and cross-team communication. Additionally, they worked as the Southwest Asia Lead Engineer for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle program, managing a fleet of over 13,000 vehicles in various configurations.

Currently, Scott is working at WorkForce Software as the Director of Business Applications. Prior to this role, they served as the Business Systems Manager, responsible for the design, maintenance, and enhancement of multiple enterprise systems. Scott managed a technical team and implemented a change advisory board to track and prioritize issues and system enhancement requests. Previously, Scott was an IT Project Manager, driving the implementation and deployment of multiple company systems and leading cross-functional teams.

Scott Berriman earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Kettering University between the years 2000 and 2005. In addition, they have obtained certifications including PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and Netsuite Administrator and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Netsuite and Salesforce respectively.
