Yael Lawson

Yael Lawson is a seasoned professional in workforce development with over two decades of experience. Serving as Chief Operations Officer and previously as Director of Client Services at Workforce Solutions Capital Area since November 2015, Lawson has demonstrated strong leadership in managing workforce operations. In addition, Lawson has contributed to the Workforce Solutions Capital Area Workforce Board as Manager of Workforce Development Contracts since June 2000. Earlier career experience includes a role as Lead Case Manager at ResCare Workforce Services from October 1998 to May 2000. Lawson holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley.
