Allison Degraaf

Allison DeGraaf has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Allison is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Workhorse Group Inc. Since joining Givaudan in 2018, they have worked as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Patheon from 2016 to 2018. Allison also has experience as a Human Resource Business Partner at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 2012 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Nielsen Company for 11 years. Allison started their career as a Benefit Specialist at Toyota North America in 1999.

Allison DeGraaf holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Miami University. In 2013, they obtained additional certifications including "Core Essentials Graduate" from Coach U, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program, and "Senior Professional in Human Resources" from HRCI.
