Dasm Rachel Rosa (Kel)

Rachel ("Kel") Rosa has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Rachel (Kel) is currently the Founder and Host of the Get Well With Kel Podcast, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Workhuman from September 2018 to May 2021, where they held roles as a Launch Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist. At Workhuman, they focused on helping companies improve their cultures and employee engagement through recognition and performance management.

Before joining Workhuman, Rachel worked as a Compliance Associate at Veristat from September 2017 to September 2018. Rachel (Kel) also gained experience as a Client Services Representative at Dun & Bradstreet from December 2015 to September 2017. In this role, they supported the sales team, managed data fulfillment, and led customer onboarding sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Rachel started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Boston from January 2015 to December 2015. Rachel (Kel) later joined Harvard Business Review as a Marketing & Publicity Assistant from February 2015 to November 2015. In this role, they built relationships with prospective writers and contributors, managed galley and copy shipments, conducted media audits, and gave presentations.

Rachel (Kel) Rosa, DASM began their education in 2012 at UMass Boston, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Rachel (Kel) completed their undergraduate studies in 2015. In addition to their academic background, Rachel has also obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they became a Workhuman Certified Professional. Later, in November 2022, they completed the Agile Project Leadership certification through LinkedIn. Rachel further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining the Change Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in February 2023. Most recently, in March 2023, they acquired the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification from the Project Management Institute.
