Rachel ("Kel") Rosa has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Rachel (Kel) is currently the Founder and Host of the Get Well With Kel Podcast, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Workhuman from September 2018 to May 2021, where they held roles as a Launch Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist. Rachel (Kel) Rosa, DASM began their education in 2012 at UMass Boston, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Rachel (Kel) completed their undergraduate studies in 2015. In addition to their academic background, Rachel has also obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they became a Workhuman Certified Professional. Later, in November 2022, they completed the Agile Project Leadership certification through LinkedIn. Rachel further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining the Change Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in February 2023. Most recently, in March 2023, they acquired the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification from the Project Management Institute.
