Erin Avery has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Erin currently works at Workhuman as a Director of Customer Product Experience. In this role, they are responsible for shaping the future of work by connecting culture to shared purpose through the company's human applications. Prior to this, Erin was a Senior Strategic Consultant and Senior Product Experience Manager at Workhuman, where they played a key role in the development and success of the company's integrated Social Recognition and performance management platform.

Prior to Mzinga, Erin worked at IDG as a Sr. Training & Development Coordinator, where they planned and coordinated training courses and executed corporate training programs. At IDC, Erin served as an HR Assistant and was responsible for managing internal benefit programs and the annual employee survey process. Erin began their career at Community Newspaper Company as an HR Assistant, where they supported recruitment initiatives and provided administrative support to the HR department.
Erin Avery obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Management from Regis College between the years 2000 and 2004.
