Guilherme Volpi began their work experience in 2013 as an Entrepreneurial Culture Intern at Instituto Gênesis PUC-Rio. In 2013, they also worked as a Site Engineer Intern at RJZCyrela, where they assisted in the construction of residential buildings and performed various administrative tasks. In 2015, Volpi worked as a Business Developer (Oil & Gas Maintenance) at ATENA Engenharia Consultiva, focusing on client relationships and market research. From 2016 onwards, they joined Workhuman, initially as a Multilingual Customer Service Executive and then progressed to the role of Client Services Administrator. Currently, Volpi holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Workhuman, where they play a critical role in connecting culture to shared purpose for global organizations.
Guilherme Volpi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completing their studies between 2010 and 2015.
