Jayesh Garg

Jayesh Garg has diverse work experience in the software development field. Jayesh is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Workhuman. Prior to this, they worked at Ericsson as a Senior Developer, specializing in the telecom domain OSS product. As part of their role, they managed a team of 8 engineers, conducted agile ceremonies, and handled requirements understanding, task assignments, development, testing, and delivery. Before Ericsson, Jayesh worked at Capgemini as a Manager, where they led a team of 5 developers in developing the Digi Bank app. Jayesh was involved in tasks such as understanding product requirements, estimating development efforts, and ensuring timely and trackable delivery. Jayesh also has experience as a Senior Developer at Ericsson, where they focused on software development using Java and various technologies. Additionally, they have worked as a Project Lead at Inficare Technologies, managing a mobile app development team, and provided technical support to the Android team. Earlier in their career, Jayesh worked at Samsung Electronics and Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) as a Lead Engineer and Software Engineer, respectively. Jayesh started their professional journey as a Software Developer at Future Point Pvt Ltd, where they gained experience in .Net application development.

Jayesh Garg attended CJ D.A.V. Public School from 2002 to 2003, where they completed their AISSE in General Studies. Jayesh then continued their education at the same school and completed their AISSCE in Science from 2004 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, Jayesh Garg attended the University of Rajasthan, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Jayesh Garg obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed certifications in SQL Fundamentals and Java from SoloLearn. In 2017, they obtained a certification in OSGi from Ericsson, and in 2020, they completed a certification in Kubernetes for Developers, also from Ericsson.
