Jelena Gavrovic

Jelena Gavrovic has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jelena is currently working as an Associate Product Researcher at Workhuman. Previously, they served as a Product Designer at Go2F from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Marriott International, holding roles such as Groups & Events Executive, Reservations Groups Coordinator, and Reservations Agent from 2019 to 2022. Prior to joining Marriott International, Jelena worked as a Reservations Agent & Customer Support at Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa from 2018 to 2019. Jelena also gained experience as a Front Desk Executive at Center Hotels from 2017 to 2018 and as a Front Office Associate at Tourist Resort Ribarsko ostrvo from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Jelena served as an Office Administrator at the Government of Vojvodina from 2015 to 2016 and as a Gallery Assistant & Social Media Manager at Art Gallery "Oko" from 2013 to 2015.

Jelena Gavrovic began their education in 2010 at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Jelena completed this program in 2014. Jelena then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Tourism Management at the same university, completing it in 2015.

In 2020, Jelena enrolled in Designlab and completed a UX/UI Design program called UX Academy, which they finished in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Jelena has obtained certifications in the field of design. In October 2020, they earned the Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Design Using Adobe Photoshop from Adobe. Furthermore, in August 2020, they acquired the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 certification from Microsoft.
