Jess Huckins

Jess Huckins has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jess currently works at Workhuman as a Senior Manager, Growth Content, where they are responsible for writing white papers, case studies, and pitch decks. Jess also partners cross-functionally on go-to-market content strategy, manages content production and operations, and administers their Seismic enablement platform for approximately 275 users. Jess leads junior team members, provides content templates and guidance, and approves final content projects.

Prior to their current role, Jess worked at Workhuman as a Senior Content Manager, Sales Enablement, where they built their Seismic tenant and produced content for sales interactions with prospects. Jess also worked as a Content Producer, where they produced content assets and wrote marketing copy for demand gen programs and sales enablement.

Before joining Workhuman, Jess worked as an Independent Consultant at grammarslayer.com. Jess also had brief stints at TB12 as a Copywriter and Editor, and at Microsoft as a Research Content Writer, where they developed and implemented content and social media strategies.

In the past, Jess held the role of Managing Editor at Barton Associates Inc., where they implemented content marketing and SEO best practices. Jess achieved significant results in terms of blog sessions, new users, provider registrants, and revenue. Jess also worked at Skyword Inc. as a Senior Editorial Manager and Editorial Manager, and at Rue La La as a Copyeditor, Marketing and Brand, and Content Editor, Rue Living. At Cengage Learning, they worked as a Web Media Producer, responsible for developing and producing online products associated with social sciences textbooks. Prior to that, they worked at e-Dialog as a Quality Assurance Editor and at VisiSeek.com as an Internet Marketing Manager.

Jess Huckins has a Master's Degree in Publishing & Writing from Emerson College, which was obtained between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in English, Creative Writing & Print Journalism from Suffolk University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Jess has obtained the Seismic Administrator Certification, Enterprise Edition from Seismic in October 2022. They also earned the Certified Seismic Administrator certification from Seismic in April 2021. Furthermore, Jess attained the Sales Enablement certification from LinkedIn in December 2020.
