Julia Towle has extensive experience in the legal field. Julia began their career as a Legal Intern at Dudley District Court in 2008, followed by a position as a Law Clerk at Perry, Krumsiek and Jack LLP in 2010. In the same year, they interned at the Massachusetts Ethics Commission, where they worked on Enforcement Division cases.

Julia then served as a Legal Intern at the MBTA in 2011, where they wrote legal motions and researched jurisdictional issues. Julia also worked as a Contract Attorney at American Tower in 2012 and as a Legal Intern with the EEOC Mediation Department from January to May 2012.

Julia obtained their Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law in May 2012. Afterward, they joined the Law Offices of Rosemary Traini, LLC as an Attorney, where they drafted legal documents and handled real estate, civil, and business issues.

Julia transitioned to Clean Harbors in 2014, where they served as a Corporate Lawyer. In this role, they drafted, negotiated, and reviewed various corporate, commercial, and government agreements. Julia also performed corporate legal due diligence and organized mergers and acquisitions transactions for the corporation.

In 2017, Julia joined Workhuman as a Contracts Counsel. Julia later advanced to the position of Senior Contracts Counsel in 2019. In this capacity, they negotiated, drafted, and reviewed commercial contracts for the SaaS organization. Julia represented the interests of the organization in multiple areas, including sales, data security, marketing, HR, customer success, and procurement. Additionally, they supported the organization in minimizing risk and maximizing revenue.

Julia Towle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2005 to 2009. Julia then pursued a JD degree at New England Law | Boston from 2009 to 2012. After completing their education, Julia secured several certifications, including being a Licensed Real Estate Broker (obtained in May 2013), being admitted to the United States District Court of Massachusetts (obtained in March 2013), obtaining membership in the Massachusetts State Bar through the Massachusetts Bar Association (obtained in November 2012), and becoming a Notary Public (obtained in October 2012).
