María Paz Arias Roa

María Paz Arias Roa began their work experience in 2012 as a Sales Representative at IEDE, where they were responsible for B2B and B2C sales, managing accounts and following up on business growth. María Paz also directly interacted with students to ensure a positive experience with the school. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Comercial Coordinator at Adecco Group. From 2015 to 2019, they participated in a Working Holiday Experience with Working Holiday Maker. In 2018, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Human Resources Consulting Chile. Most recently, they joined Workhuman in 2019 as a Customer Service Executive and worked their way up to Senior Customer Service Executive and currently holds the position of Customer Service Team Lead.

María Paz Arias Roa completed their Master's in Business Management and Marketing at IEDE Business School from 2013 to 2014. María Paz then undertook an intensive course in English studies at LSI Auckland in 2015. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, María Paz studied Public Relations and Corporate Communication at Universidad Santo Tomás in Chile, specializing in corporate communication.

In addition to their formal education, María Paz has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
