Siobhan Ryan

Siobhan Ryan has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Siobhan currently works at Workhuman as a Human Experience (HX) Strategy Partner since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Experience (HX) Generalist at Workhuman from April 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Workhuman, Siobhan worked at Brown Thomas Arnotts from December 2017 to April 2020 as a BP Generalist in the People Team. In this role, they collaborated with various teams across the organization, focusing on learning, development, engagement, and employee relations.

Siobhan has also worked at Brown Thomas as an HR Support team member from July 2017 to December 2017. Siobhan'sresponsibilities included providing front-line support for HR queries, administrative duties, project support, and maintaining the HR database.

Prior to their tenure at Brown Thomas, Siobhan served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Nursing Division at Cpl Healthcare from November 2015 to July 2017. Here, they managed accounts for public and private sector clients and conducted international recruitment.

Additionally, Siobhan worked as a Consultant/Admin Support at WMC (Western Management Consultants) from October 2014 to September 2015. During this time, they had the opportunity to work with a management consultancy business across multiple offices in Canada.

Before their international experience, Siobhan held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Pharmacy Division at Cpl Healthcare from May 2011 to June 2014. Siobhan was actively involved in recruitment, managing multiple accounts, and facilitating training programs.

Siobhan's early work experience includes a co-operative placement at ESB in 2010, where they worked with the Customer Supply Team as an HR team member. In this role, they gained experience in recruitment, training coordination, and managing a time management system.

Siobhan Ryan has a diverse education history. In 2007, they enrolled at the University of Limerick and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources. Siobhan successfully completed their studies in 2011.

In 2015, Siobhan obtained a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the National Recruitment Federation. The following year, in 2016, they attended The Cpl Institute to receive training as a Trainer, earning a degree in Train the Trainer.

Siobhan then took a break from formal education but returned in 2019 to the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus. Siobhan pursued a Higher Diploma in Leadership, gaining 90 credits in this program. Siobhan completed their studies in 2020.

Additionally, Siobhan obtained a certification as a Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in March 2021.
