Callie Musick

Callie Musick is a seasoned UX researcher and designer with extensive experience in user experience and engagement strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at Workify Inc since August 2022, Callie is responsible for the comprehensive redesign of the desktop survey platform to enhance employee engagement through continuous feedback loops. Prior to this, Callie worked at Experiment Zone as a Lead UX Researcher, focusing on conversion rate optimization for eCommerce clients. Experience also includes a role as a UX Designer at Standard Beagle Studio, where design systems were developed to address user needs and stakeholder goals. Earlier career positions include Media Engagement Strategist and Social Media Community Manager at McGarrah Jessee and Main Street Hub, respectively, where strategic thinking and community management skills were honed. Callie holds a UX/UI Bootcamp Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
