Alix Huntsman has a diverse work experience in customer success and customer experience roles.

Starting in 2018, Alix worked as a Customer Success Manager at Orderly by Siftit until 2019.

In 2019, they joined ServiceTitan as a Sr. Customer Success Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Manager of Customer Success - New Markets from 2020 to 2021.
