Joanie Marcelino

Joanie Marcelino has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joanie began their career as a Research Analyst at TELUS in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Following that, they joined AT&T as a Technical Support Specialist from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in providing technical support to customers.

In 2018, Joanie worked as a Web Administrator at Concentrix before moving on to Wipro Limited in 2019. At Wipro, they served as a Remote Support Engineer until 2020, where they demonstrated their skills in remote troubleshooting and technical assistance.

In 2020, Joanie joined The Credit Pros as a Credit Repair Specialist, where they gained experience in helping clients improve their credit scores. Joanie then transitioned to Workiz Inc. in 2021 as a Software Specialist, contributing to the development and maintenance of software systems.

Currently, Joanie holds the position of Offshore Manager at Workiz Inc. Joanie is responsible for overseeing the operations and fiscal health of their department, as well as coaching and developing existing employees. Joanie'srole involves planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies to optimize performance.

Joanie Marcelino obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the National Teachers College. Joanie attended the college from 2010 to 2014.
