Lateisha Schmidt

Lateisha Schmidt has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Legal Operations Associate at Capital One. Lateisha then worked as a Mobility Apple Master at Best Buy in 2016 and as an Apple Reseller Specialist at Apple from 2017 to 2019. Lateisha joined West Creek in 2019 and held multiple roles, including Platinum Dealer Support Representative, Operations Support Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, and Fraud Business Intelligence Analyst. In 2021, they joined Affirm as a Fraud Analyst, where they focused on working with large unstructured data, driving data-driven experimentation, and translating insights into business strategies. Currently, Lateisha is working at WorkMade as the Head of Fraud, Risk.

Lateisha Schmidt attended Hermitage High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In 2008 to 2009, they also attended Hermitage Technical Center and received a Certificate in Legal Systems Administration. Additionally, Lateisha has obtained various certifications, including the Google Data Analytics Specialization from Coursera in April 2021, Tableau Analyst, Tableau Data Scientist, and Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software in March 2021 and May 2020 respectively. Lateisha also holds certifications such as Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn in September 2019, Software Processes and Agile Practices, Introduction to Software Product Management from Coursera in April 2019 and March 2019 respectively. Lateisha Schmidt has also earned the PSM I certification from Scrum.org in March 2019, and Apple Certified Associate and Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certifications from Apple in January 2019.
