Lauren Rourke

Lauren Rourke has extensive work experience in the nonprofit and consulting sectors. Lauren is currently serving as the Senior Director of Partnerships at WorkMoney, where they lead partnerships and media initiatives for the influential nonprofit organization. Prior to this, Lauren held various roles at The Bridgespan Group, including Manager, Case Team Leader, and Consultant. Lauren also served as an HBS Leadership Fellow at Grameen America, Inc., where they worked on leadership development projects. Furthermore, Lauren gained experience as a Research/Capacity Building Intern at The Global Impact Investing Network and as an Associate at Huron Consulting Group. Lauren has also worked with Kiva.org as a Kiva Fellow, supporting microfinance projects in Tanzania. Lauren's skills and expertise span strategic consulting, leadership development, and partnership management.

Lauren Rourke's educational history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at NYU Stern School of Business. Lauren pursued a Bachelor of Science degree and specialized in Finance, International Business, and Politics. Their studies lasted until 2009 when they successfully completed their undergraduate education. In 2013, Lauren Rourke took their education further by joining Harvard Business School. Lauren pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree during their time at Harvard, which ended in 2015.
