Rachel Lauter

Rachel Lauter is currently the Managing Director at WorkMoney. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at the same company. Before joining WorkMoney, they served as Chief Impact Officer and General Counsel at WORKING WASHINGTON from May 2018 to June 2021. With a background in law, they also held various positions in the public sector, including Deputy Chief Of Staff to the Mayor at the City of New York and Assistant Counsel to the Governor at the New York State Executive Chamber. They have a strong educational background, having attended Harvard Law School and Brown University.
