Kata Hodi

Kata Hodi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior HR Infrastructure Lead and HR Expansion Lead at WorkMotion since November 2021, where responsibilities include designing HR processes for local legal entities across multiple countries. Prior roles include International HR Generalist at Borealis, Senior HR Generalist at Sony Pictures Entertainment, and HR Specialist at GE, focusing on various aspects of HR operations, onboarding, recruitment, and internal communication. Earlier positions include HR consultancy and administration roles at Manpower, Prohuman, and Trenkwalder Hungary. Kata holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Pécs and further education in HR Business Management and Human Resources Management.
