Rupesh Barbade

Rupesh Barbade has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they co-founded Hightrip Tours & Travels, a travel start-up, and was responsible for educational institutions and university reach outs through cold-calling, social media engagement and providing ground service, from order placement to order fulfillment. In 2017, they were an Operations Supervisor intern at AM Motors, a 4-wheeler repair and service-center, where they supervised repair, service & maintenance activities, scheduled & planned weekly operational activities and followed up, and completed sourcing & procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and third party services. In 2018, they were a Junior Operations Manager at BOX8, India's fastest growing food-tech start-up, where they optimized processes through continuous sales and service improvement, built teams through regular training while managing customer relations, and managed the daily flow of operations using CRM/POS software. In 2020, they were a Business Development Executive at Nestpick, a PaaS of monthly furnished rentals 30 days and above, where they handled the sales funnel from lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing. Currently, they are a Business Development Executive at Workpath, a software platform helping organizations close the gap between strategy and execution to accelerate in a competitive environment, where they are focused on mid-market and enterprise-sized accounts.

Rupesh Barbade completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2014 and 2017. Rupesh then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Interdisciplinary Management from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin between 2019 and 2021.
